Are you su...1200 calories is not a lot of calories. Are you sure that is what you need to lose weight? Your body might fight back and go into starvation mode and hold on the calories. I suggest going to site like sparkpeople and figuring out how many calories that you can actually eat. You may be surprised to learn that it is a lot more than 1200. Eat clean. No processed foods. Exercise and the weight will come off. I agree with Nik it is better to lose it slowly than lose a bunch and gain it all back. I have a healthy tag in my blog if you are looking for some recipes. http://creatingnirvanatoday.blogspot.com/search/label/healthyMiss Nirvanahttp://creatingnirvanatoday.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5879861117873526616.post-69279916835540462992011-01-30T22:55:00.376-05:002011-01-30T22:55:00.376-05:00Yeah, I would LOOOOVE to lose like 10 pounds a wee...Yeah, I would LOOOOVE to lose like 10 pounds a week but my boobs are saggy enough for only being 20 years old! Losing more than 2-3 lbs a week sounds wonderful, but can leave you with saggy skin flaps because your body won't have enough time to adjust to the lost weight. It' much better, and healthier, to lose slowly, but consistently. Good luck Meg, I know you can do it!!Nikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03721577323685807153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5879861117873526616.post-45260668310910069822011-01-25T14:54:47.793-05:002011-01-25T14:54:47.793-05:00Oh, and congrats on the pregnancy! ;)Oh, and congrats on the pregnancy! ;)Momma Meghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08162941773819774502noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5879861117873526616.post-46873434670199267742011-01-25T14:54:31.356-05:002011-01-25T14:54:31.356-05:00Awesome! I have PCOS which was a possible factor in our fertility when we tried to get pregnant so for the months beforehand I worked hard to get down 15 pounds - successfully!! Course that's all gone now that I actually did get prego, haha...but a site called fitday.com helped me a lot with the process!
